Welcome to NEXUS by Nipponflex

What you'll understand: what the NEXUS platform is, the difference between an Independent Consultant and an Independent Distributor, what your network is and how you grow inside it.

What NEXUS is

NEXUS is your work hub as an Independent Distributor/Consultant of Nipponflex. It's where you:

  • Grab your sales link
  • Build ready-to-send carts for your customers
  • Track every sale and every commission
  • See how much you'll receive and when
  • Invite new people into your network

All in one place, on your phone or computer. NEXUS is the tool for online sales, registrations and Consultant management. You can also make direct sales — where you handle the transaction with your customer, issue the invoice and ship the product yourself. NEXUS was built to help you in that process.

The two levels: Consultant and Distributor

Independent Consultant (IC) — the starting point. You sell the products and earn on every sale. And you buy products with a 20% discount. It's the ideal level for building your customer base.

Independent Distributor (ID) — the entrepreneurs' level, for those who have fully embraced the Nipponflex business model. Besides earning more per sale, the Distributor also earns on the sales of the people in their network.

⭐ How do you go from Consultant to Distributor?
As you work and your network moves, you accumulate points. To reach Distribution you must move US$ 20,000 in sales to your customers or accumulate US$ 16,000 in purchases in your name. And you don't have to do it alone — you can get there with up to 5 people from your network. For details, talk to the Independent Distributor in your network. Important: read Module 9 first for the earnings disclaimer.

What your network is

Your network is the people connected to you. When you invite someone to become a Consultant, that person joins below you in the structure. Think of a tree: you in your spot, the people you invited right below, and the people they invited further down. When you become a Distributor, the movement of the entire network below you counts toward your earnings — Module 2 shows the numbers.

How you earn

What you'll understand: exactly how much you earn when you sell, how much you save when you buy, and how the Distributor earns on the network.

  • Every time you sell or buy, the Distributor in your network earns 30% — automatically, and without taking anything from you: your 20% stays yours.
  • When someone on your team sells, you don't earn money — you earn points, which count toward becoming a Distributor.

Whenever a Consultant in your network sells or buys, you earn 30%. That's the power of being a Distributor: your network works and you earn on its movement.

What the commission is calculated on

Your commission is always calculated on the Code Price — not on the final price the customer paid. Our price list has three values:

⚠️ Tax and shipping don't count
Sales tax and shipping are not part of the calculation base. You're paid commission on the product, not on the tax or the freight.

Your sales link and how to share it

What you'll understand: where your link is, how it guarantees your commission, and the best ways to share it.

Your link is your identity in sales. When a customer buys through your link, the system knows the sale is yours — and the commission lands in your account automatically. Without the link, the system has no way of knowing the sale came from you. That's why the golden rule is: whenever you talk products with someone, send it through your link.

Where to find it

In the bottom menu, tap "Links". Your sales link ("Your Sales Link") is right there, ready to copy and send — it's the first one on the screen.

⚠️ Heads up: selling is one thing, buying is another
If you want to SELL to a customer → use your sales link from the "Links" screen.
If you want to BUY for yourself → sign in at e‑energyusa.com (Module 4).

The sales link is for selling, not buying. If you use your own sales link to buy for yourself, the sale won't be recorded the right way.

How to share

You can send your link anywhere you talk to your customer: WhatsApp, Instagram (bio, DMs, stories), Facebook, SMS, e‑mail — and in person, with the QR code.

💡 Two tips that convert more
1. Always send a message along with the link. Instead of just pasting it, write something like "Hi! This is the product I told you about, take a look:" and paste the link.
2. You can generate a link for a specific product — the customer lands exactly where you want. It converts even better.

How long the customer stays connected to you

When a customer buys through your link for the first time, they become your customer. Their next purchases also count for you, even if they don't use the link again. In your Sales list, those purchases show the "Lifetime" tag.

How to buy with your discount

What you'll understand: the step-by-step to buy products for yourself, already with your Consultant (20%) or Distributor (50%) discount.

As you saw in Module 3: your sales link is only for selling. To buy for yourself, the path is different: the e‑energyusa.com store, signed in. Follow these 5 steps:

⚠️ First the login, then the shopping
If you enter the store without signing in, you see the public price. The discount only appears after you sign in with the right e‑mail — the same one as your NEXUS.

Building a cart for your customer

What you'll understand: what the Cart is, why it sells more than a loose link, and how to build and send yours.

Sending a product link is good. Sending a ready-made cart is better: you pick the products, set the quantities and send your customer an order that's already built — they just check out. Fewer steps for the customer = more closed sales. And the sale is still yours: the commission lands in your account as usual.

Share it with your customer"Share cart" opens with three options: Copy, WhatsApp or SMS. The message comes pre-written (in EN or ES) — and you can edit it your way: the customer's name, a personal touch. A personalized message always converts more.

⚠️ The link doesn't reserve stock or lock prices
The cart is an invitation to buy, not a reservation. If the product sells out before your customer pays, they get a notice. The sooner they pay, the better. And remember: the commission you see in "Review cart" is an estimate.

When the customer buys through your cart, the sale shows up in your Sales with the purple "Cart" tag. That's how you track which sales came from the carts you sent.

Module 6 · ~3 min read

Recruiting new Consultants into your network

What you'll understand: how to invite someone to become an Independent Consultant, how they join your network, and how that grows your business.

Selling is your direct income. Building a network is income that grows on its own. When you invite someone and that person starts moving:

  • If you're a Consultant: you accumulate points, which take you toward becoming a Distributor.
  • If you're a Distributor: you earn 30% commission on that person's movement (Module 2).

The invite link

On the "Links" screen, the second link is "Recruit Consultants". When someone opens it, they land on a sign-up page that already shows your name as the person who invited them. They fill in their details and that's it — they join your network, below you. When you register someone, you receive a confirmation e‑mail and WhatsApp.

What happens after they sign up

The person fills in the registration through your invite link.

They're automatically registered as an Independent Consultant and can immediately: buy with a 20% discount at e‑energyusa.com, use their own sales link with 20% commission, and register more people into their own network.

Occasionally a registration may show as "Pending" (under review). Our team reviews and releases it shortly — it's not common, but it can happen.

Once registered, they appear in your "Network", below you. From then on, what they do starts counting for you.
⚠️ What every new Consultant accepts when signing up
By registering, the person accepts the terms and conditions of the Nipponflex business plan. And there's one mandatory requirement: every Consultant or Distributor must be able to provide the W9 form. Without the W9, the person cannot work with Nipponflex — because without it there's no way to receive payment (Module 7).
💡 Practical tip
Before sending the invite, let the person know the registration asks for a United States address. That way you avoid sign-ups abandoned halfway.

Payments

What you'll understand: when you get paid, how the weekly cutoff works, what the available balance is, and which documents are mandatory for the money to reach your account.

The payment calendar

  • The week runs Monday through Sunday.
  • Payment happens every Tuesday — the approved commissions up to the previous week's cutoff are paid.
  • The current week (the one happening now) isn't paid yet. You're always paid for weeks already closed — that's normal, and it gives time to confirm each sale.
  • Payment is sent on Tuesday; the money can take 1 to 4 business days to arrive — that depends more on your bank than on us.

Mandatory documents to get paid

For the money to reach your account you need to complete your tax and payment setup. Without it, commissions accumulate but are not paid. On the "Payments" screen you'll see a notice with two steps:

Tax form (W9)The tax document required in the United States. You fill it in once. While the W9 isn't completed and on file, your payment is held — commissions keep getting approved and accumulating, but the money isn't sent.

Payment account (bank details)Where you tell us which account the money should go to.

Where and how you fill in these documents

The W9 and your bank details are filled in inside Intuit's system (QuickBooks) — not inside NEXUS. We do it this way for your security: your tax and banking data stay stored in Intuit's specialized, protected platform, not in our system.

You'll receive a separate e‑mail with the instructions and access to fill everything in securely. When it's complete, "Payments" shows the green confirmation: "W9 on file — ready to receive payments".

If you haven't completed the documents yet, your commissions are not lost: they stay approved and accumulated. The moment you complete the W9 and payment account, they're released in the next payment.

⛔ Attention
If you cannot provide the W9, stop right now. Without the W9 you will not get paid — it's a mandatory requirement to work with Nipponflex in the United States, from the very first dollar. There's no point accumulating commission you won't be able to withdraw.

Labels: what every word means

Whenever a word or tag shows up in the portal and you're not sure what it means, look it up here.

STATUS tags (state of the sale)

PendingThe sale came in and is awaiting approval.
ApprovedConfirmed — it goes into the next payment.
PaidThe money has already been paid to you.
RejectedNot approved after review.
CancelledThe order was cancelled or refunded — the commission doesn't count.
DeductionAn adjustment that subtracts an amount — usually an already-paid order that was refunded later.

This module is simple and important: it helps you build your business honestly and sustainably. Reading it carefully protects you, your network and your reputation.

About your earnings

The Nipponflex opportunity gives you the possibility of generating income by selling products and building a network. In full transparency, it's important you understand: as in any business, there is no guarantee of success. Some Consultants and Distributors will prosper, others won't. The result depends on your work, your dedication, your skills and the time you invest.

The percentages in this material (20%, 50%, 30%) show how the plan works — they're the mechanics of the compensation, not a prediction of how much you'll earn. And goals like US$ 20,000 in sales or US$ 16,000 in purchases to become a Distributor are qualification steps — what you move to level up, not an amount you receive.

In short: this is a real business. Real businesses reward those who work consistently over time. There are no shortcuts.

When presenting the opportunity to others

Always be honest. Present how the plan works and make clear that results depend on each person's effort. Avoid promising earnings, guaranteeing profit or success, or presenting your own income as if it were what anyone will achieve. Presenting the opportunity honestly isn't just the right thing — it's what builds a solid, lasting network.

How to talk about our products

Nipponflex products are wellness products: far-infrared bioceramic technology and magnetic therapy, aimed at comfort, relaxation and quality of life. Talking about them the right way is what keeps your business safe and professional:

· Never act as a doctor or health professional.
· Never say the product replaces medication or treatment.
· Never invent a benefit, result or study that isn't true and verifiable.
✅ What you can and should do
· Present the product for what it is: wellness, comfort, relaxation and quality of life.
· Share your personal experience honestly — without turning it into a promise of results for someone else.
· Refer to a doctor whenever a customer has a health condition. That's the professional's role, not yours.

Want to go deeper into the technology? We recommend reading studies on far infrared and magnetic therapy on PubMed (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov), the United States' biomedical research database. Use that knowledge to speak more confidently about what the product is — not to make promises about treating or curing diseases.

Before publishing anything about earnings or products, when in doubt, ask. Reach out to the Distributor in your network or our support channels (Module 8). Better to ask than to risk it.

4 · Tips from those who've trained teams

  • Guide on the TV, portal on the phone: project the guide and have everyone follow the steps in their own NEXUS at the same time. People learn by doing.
  • Collect the homework on WhatsApp: the test cart from Session 2 is your proof that everyone understood.
  • A question you can't answer? Open the portal's AI Assistant right there, live — or use the channels in Module 8. Better to ask than to improvise.
