Made of flexible PVC, each pair carries 8 FIR tablets (4 FIR Power Bioceramic and 4 FIR NG) and 36 special magnets of approximately 500 Gauss, positioned to stay in contact with the nerve endings found in abundance in the feet, for a sensation of comfort.
Perforations help keep your feet at a comfortable temperature and help inhibit moisture, and grooves along the sides let you trim the insole to the size of your feet.
These FIR technologies are supplied exclusively to Nipponflex by the Japanese scientist Dr. Toshio Komuro, who holds patents published in 27 countries.

If needed, trim the insole to the size of your feet with scissors, following the grooves along the sides.

Place the Blue Insole inside compatible footwear with the comfortable side facing upward.

Make sure the insole sits flat and securely inside the shoe before putting it on.
