  • Start Here. You will need a Sponsor Code before buy

    We only sell our products thru one of our Nipponflex Independent Associates (IA).  We called them Sponsors. Each Sponsor has an exclusive NSC (Nipponflex Sponsor Code)

    Your sponsoring is the Nipponflex IA who introduced you to e-Energy/Nipponflex.

    If you do not have a sponsoring NSP or you need help connecting with one, please call Customer Service at (855) 964-7766 

  • How to buy products

    You can start buying products by using our Shop Now menu at top of our website or by searching in the right top menu icon "search".

    Some products may have different sizes, colors or other characteristics so pay attention and choose the correct one.

    After choose your product, just add to your cart. If you want to continue shopping, just click "Continue Shopping".

    Select "Checkout" and you will be redirect to the login page. If you have an account with us, please enter your e-mail and password and click Sign In.

    If you don't have yet an account with us, please click Sign Up to start creating your account.

  • How can I pay my order?

    We accept different forms of payment:

    - Major credit and debit cards

    - PayPal

    - Apple Pay

  • I need help to create my account

    Here at e-Energy by Nipponflex website you have two options, create an account as a Customer or as a Business Partner.

    To create a Customer Account, just remember that first you will need your Sponsor Code.

    With your Sponsor Code in hand, enter the code when requested and you will find a "Sign Up" link next to your sponsor code. Just click it to start creating your account.

  • How can I find my Sponsor Code

    When you are creating your account, you will be redirect to the Nipponflex Sponsor Code page automatically.

    It is easy to find. Just use the search field to enter the Sponsor Code (if you know it) or search by the name of your Sponsor.

    Our system will automatically shows to you your Sponsor Code and Name.

  • Why some products only shows "Preorder Now"option?"

    When our inventory is sold out or when a product is a brand new collection you may have the option to preorder.

    Below the "Preorder Now" button has an estimated delivery time.

    Sometimes, special brand new products, it is a good idea to preorder or you may need to wait longer time if our inventory stock finish quickly.

  • How can I exchange a product?

    We understand that you may have the necessity to exchange your product. Don't worry, you have 7 days to exchange any e-Energy product purchase thru our website.

  • I am a Nipponflex Business Partner and I need access my account

    If you are an existent Nipponflex Business Partner you probably have an account with us. Please click here and select recover password.

    A link in your e-mail will be send so just click it and create your new password to get access to your account.
