1. General Return Policy (Apparel & Small Items)
For general merchandise (excluding mattresses and custom items), you have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Intimate Apparel: Underwear, bras, and shapewear are Final Sale and cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, due to sanitary regulations.

2. Mattress Return Policy
We do NOT offer a Sleep Trial. Please review the conditions below carefully.

Return Condition: We only accept returns or exchanges for mattresses if they are unopened, still in the original sealed packaging, and unused. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Opened Items: Once a mattress is opened, unrolled, or used, it is considered a personal-use item and is Final Sale (non-returnable), unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
⚠️ 10% Restocking Fee:
All eligible mattress returns (even if sealed) are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and operational costs.
A Note on Comfort Adaptation: While we do not accept returns on used products, please be aware that your body may take 30 days or more to adjust to the corrective firmness and orthopedic technologies of a new mattress. We suggest allowing yourself this adaptation time, though it does not extend your return rights if the product has been opened.
Geographic Limitation: Returns are only accepted within the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
3. Final Sale & Custom Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Custom/Made-to-Measure Orders: Any product made to order, including items with special sizing, energy adjustments, or comfort modifications requested by the customer.

Final Sale Items: Adjustable bases, clearance items, discontinued products, and free promotional items.
4. Shipping & Financing Fees

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

"First Exchange Free" Exception: Our offer to cover the shipping cost for the first exchange applies ONLY to small items (such as apparel and accessories). This offer is NOT valid for mattresses or large freight items. Mattress exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Financing Fees: Interest or fees paid to third-party financing providers (ShopPay, Klarna, Affirm, etc.) are non-refundable.
5. Purchases via Independent Distributors
This policy applies strictly to purchases made directly on our official website, e-energyusa.com.
If you purchased your product through an Independent Distributor or a Partner, all return, exchange, or refund requests must be handled directly with that seller. Nipponflex USA does not process returns for transactions made outside of our official online store.
SAFETY NOTICE: Persons with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other battery-powered medical devices should NEVER use products containing magnetism.
