Note: For mattress warranties and returns, the product must be located within this service area.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
We do not offer Free Shipping as a standard policy. However, we do offer Free Shipping on the First Exchange exclusively for small items (apparel and accessories).
Please Note: This courtesy does NOT apply to mattresses or items shipped via freight carriers.
🔄 2. Returns & Exchanges
Do mattresses have a Sleep Trial?
No. We do not offer a Sleep Trial period. We accept mattress returns only if they are sealed in their original packaging. Once opened or unrolled, mattresses are considered personal-use items and are Final Sale (non-returnable).

Important: Please ensure you verify comfort levels and other details with your Independent Consultant before purchasing.
Is there a fee to return a mattress?
Yes. If you return a mattress (which must be sealed/unopened), a 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover handling and operational costs.
How do I initiate a return?
It is simple and automated. Please visit our Returns Center at https://eenergybynipponflex.aftership.com/returns. Enter your order number and email to follow the instructions.
Can I return Custom items?
No. Products made to order, including items with special sizes or specific energy/comfort adjustments requested by the customer, cannot be returned or exchanged.
I bought from a Distributor. Can I return it here?
No. If you purchased your product through an Independent Distributor, you must contact them directly. Nipponflex USA only processes returns for orders placed directly on our official website, e-energyusa.com.

Do products replace medical treatment?
No. Our products focus on wellness, comfort, and orthopedic support. While there are various scientific studies regarding our technologies published on PubMed (National Library of Medicine), our products do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.
Who should NOT use magnetic products?
Safety Warning: Persons with pacemakers, defibrillators, or any battery-operated medical devices should NEVER use products containing magnetism.
Are the mattresses fire safe and where are they made?
Our mattresses are proudly Made in the USA in licensed facilities. Safety is our priority: all our mattresses strictly adhere to US Federal CPSC standards, including 16 CFR Part 1632 and 16 CFR Part 1633 for flammability resistance.
