Return Policy

 

Return or Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange of products within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is in its original packaging, without signs of use, damage, or tampering; and

  • Includes all original tags, manuals, and accessories; or

  • Has a proven manufacturing defect.

This policy complies with good business practices recognized by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC § 2-326), which govern transactions with return rights (“Sale on Return”).

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For sanitary and consumer safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once used:

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, bras, bra cups, etc.);

  • Mattresses and personal-use accessories;

  • Customized or made-to-order products, including items with special specifications requested by the customer (such as non-standard sizes or energy adjustments).

This exception follows UCC § 2-601 and § 2-608, which relieve the seller from the obligation to accept returns of goods made to individual customer specifications.

 

Return Process
To request a return, the customer must:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at customerservice@nipponflexusa.com within the 14-day period or Initiate the return process directly through their account login area on the website.

  2. Provide the order number and reason for the return;

  3. Await instructions and the return address;

  4. Ship the product in its original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories and the invoice.

The customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the return once the product is received and inspected.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method;

  • The processing time may vary between 7 and 10 business days, depending primarily on the credit card issuer or payment method used;

  • Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or manufacturing defects;

  • If the order was partially paid with credits, coupons, or loyalty points, the refund will follow the same payment method.

 

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping at no additional cost.
Once shipped, customers must follow the return procedures outlined in this policy.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs;

  • We recommend using a traceable and/or insured shipping method to protect your package in case it is lost or damaged during transit;

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Products Purchased from Independent Distributors
Products purchased from our Independent Distributors must be returned directly to the distributor.
We do not process returns for sales made outside the official website or by third parties.

 

Disclaimers

  • We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display product attributes, including color. However, the actual color may vary depending on your monitor, video settings, and lighting conditions; we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your device will exactly match the actual product.
